  • Mobility Support – Help with walking, transferring, and fall prevention.

  • Meal Preparation & Feeding Assistance – Ensuring proper nutrition and hydration.

NURSING
(PRIVATE DUTY / MEDICAID)

Nursing (Private Duty / Medicaid) refers to skilled nursing care provided, either through private payment (Private Duty) or government assistance programs (Medicaid).

PRIVATE DUTY NURSING
  • One-on-one skilled nursing care

  • Paid out-of-pocket insurance

  • Services may include:

    • Medication administration

    • Wound care

    • Chronic disease management

    • Ventilator or tracheostomy care

MEDICAID NURSING
